		<description>Mynde, it&#039;s really great to see the Mynde that I know and love showing through more clearly in your writing. And I just love the phrase &quot;permission amnesia&quot;.   Growth occurs when you get outside your comfort zone.

As for me, slowly, bit by bit, I am learning to let go of my compulsion to conform to my perception of other people&#039;s expectations.  Thanks for the encouragement!
