So you’re probably wondering, how much does all this cost? And before I go there, I do want to mention one really important thing. Here it is: your fear might try to talk you out of this. So this next part is for your fear. Ready?

When we finish our work together, you take the tools and techniques you learned with you into the rest of your life.

Why is this important? Because coaching is an investment. When you invest in your self, it never stops paying itself back, unless you choose to unlearn it. You must (yes I just said must) be able to get that You are worth doing this… you matter, your life, how you live it everyday, worth it!
