HO’OPONOPONO by Joe Vitale

March 13, 2007

“I love you, I’m sorry, please forgive me, thank you” is what Joe states we all need to start off everyday saying.

I love you is about embracing the most powerful aspect of our humanity, self-acceptance.

I’m sorry is about forgiving ourselves for not seeing the opportunity the Divine is presenting to us.

Forgive me is about our unconscious fearful reactive response that we are now willing to surrender and reprogram for a more conscious life.

Thank you is about the attitude of gratitude, the magical lubricant that greases the wheels of attraction.

Anytime you are aware of any discomfort in your life, if you do nothing at all, DO THIS! Say these words over and over and watch your life change as a result of this ancient Hawaiian healing practice.

Got Something to Say?
