Working Together

What It Looks Like

When we work together, we will spend 55 minutes together on the phone. We will talk about fear. We will talk about the ways fear appears in everyone’s life and then break it down for you specifically.

I understand that we’ll be talking about a lot of stuff, some of it you can’t always remember, especially when your stuff is up in your face. So I provide a short write-up to summarize your session. This way you can focus instead of taking notes or worrying about how you’re going to remember it all.

Also, because learning is not the same as doing and doing is what matters when you are creating change, I’ll help you practice the tools and techniques with fun things to help you get it disguised mostly as written homework assignments. I promise it helps make what you’re learning sink in and stick!

There are unlimited emails, until you drive me crazy and then we’ll redefine unlimited because trust me, you don’t want me coaching crazy!

And lastly, when we are practicing being fearless, there may be a time where re-reading your session summaries or sending me an email will just not cut it. Fear shows up and cool tools and techniques fly out the window. If you find yourself in one of these moments, you can use one of two 10-minute “Oh my &od, I am-freaking-out-here-and-I-don’t-know-what-the-heck-to-do” emergency phone calls between sessions. It’s like a ninja life line ;o)

“So many times we hide behind our fears and are not true to ourselves. When I began coaching, I felt that I would never feel better about myself and my relationships. I was fearful of many things and situations. Today, I am able to take care of myself, find time for myself and my relationships have flourished.” ~Denise Green in Avon Lake, Ohio

For How Long

How long will all this fearless-making take? This really depends on you. Everyone is different. Most folks like to work weekly, some like meeting every other week. Some get into the work and decide they don’t want to miss any part of it, so they slow it down. Some find that the results coaching gets them inspires and motivates them and they start taking names & kicking booty (and sometimes just shaking booty works too).

Soup-to-nuts, plan for a minimum of 8 sessions.

It’s an investment. And here’s the last little part, call it sappy, hippie-dippie whatever. But… (and here it is) if you’re wondering if this fearless stuff is worth it, turn it around and ask yourself if You are worth it! (I think you are or I wouldn’t be doing this for a living.)

Now… (drum roll please), on to what it costs.
