The Yous That Say Yes

I’ve noticed some similarities about the people who say Yes to working together. For simplicity (and a bit a of jedi mind trickery) I’ll refer to those people from here on out as You.

First: if you are the You that wants to work together, you want to grow. More than anything. Almost more than breathing. You sometimes think something like, “If I’m not growing, what’s the point?”

Second: if you are the You that wants to work together, you are curious. Beyond curious is good too. Beyond curious is wonder. If wonder or curiousity are vitally important to you we are a fantastic match.

Finally: you have a hunch or sneaking suspicion that fear might be connected to the stuff you do that you do not want to do anymore. You could also just be sick and tired of being sick and tired. You know something is up or not quite right but you may not know exactly what or why.

I wanted relief from fear & anxiety. I wanted to experience more peace, joy and fulfillment.  ~Mary G., Anaheim, CA

The What’s-In-It-For-You Part

We’ll get together and talk about fear. I’ll share with you insights and tools. You’ll learn some techniques and strategies that help you with those moments when fear seems to be calling all the shots. You will see why some of the stuff you’d really love to do hasn’t gotten done yet (otherwise known as an aha moment). You will learn to stop doing those things that drive you crazy… and sometimes better, is learning to make peace with the crazy-making things. New choices; more than a few of those appear along the way too.

Here’s some real life coachey bullets to read. Or said another way, the thing I do, called working together, isn’t for everyone. These bullet points are for You (you know who you are!)

  • You come to understand the patterns that hold you back from pursuing the life you want
  • You change the way you think and feel about your work, your relationships and your life
  • You learn to surrender the need to please others
  • You free yourself from the hurt and worry of what others think of you
  • You transform the way you look at taking risks creating renewed confidence
  • You reclaim a sense of purpose and passion for your life
  • Your proactively seek changes you have been afraid to make
  • You discover self-acceptance and develop the ability to love all of who you are
  • You learn to own and offer your greatest contribution to others and our world

Seeing your fear is just the first part because after you see it, you’ll naturally be saying, “Help! Now what?” This is where you’ll learn specific tools and techniques that will help you feel your fear while you do the thing you want to do anyways. This process is not about pushing, confronting, and “getting tough” on your fear. It’s more like making friends with it and learning to work with it.

I would recommend to those who want to change their lives and want to start living instead of worrying. ~Vince V., Alhambra, CA

The Part About Me

I believe that you already have your own answers (but fear is in the way). I believe you do not need fixing, saving or healing.

I believe the most powerful way to create change is not to tell you what and how to do it, but to provide you a safe place to get really clear on what is true for you. Then, you can begin aligning your choices with your truth, building meaning & purpose which inspires you to do those things you’ve put off doing or be the person you aren’t sure how to be.

Fit So Far?

Ok. Time to check out what working together looks like…
